We are looking for an experienced, proactive Human Resources Officer to manage end-to-end HR operations, drive employee engagement, and ensure labor compliance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from talent sourcing and interviewing to seamless onboarding.
  • Administer accurate employee records, attendance tracking, leave management, and monthly payroll inputs.
  • Ensure organizational compliance with Nigerian labor laws, statutory employment standards, and internal workplace policies.
  • Facilitate performance management reviews, training programs, and employee career development initiatives.
  • Handle workplace relations, grievances, and conflict resolution proactively to maintain a positive and inclusive company culture.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 3 to 5 years of proven professional experience in a core Human Resources role within Nigeria.
  • Relevant professional certifications such as CIPM, SHRM, or HRCI are an added advantage.
  • In-depth understanding of local employment legislation, modern HR best practices, and policy implementation.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and interpersonal relationship skills.
