Key Responsibilities- Oversee and direct daily business operations and administrative functions across multiple departments, including HR, finance, supply chain, and client relations.
- Partner closely with the CEO to develop, implement, and execute long-term business plans, corporate policies, and strategic growth initiatives.
- Streamline operational workflows, optimize internal procedures, and establish robust performance metrics to drive maximum efficiency and profitability.
- Lead, mentor, and empower department heads and team members, fostering a high-performance culture centered on professionalism and integrity.
- Manage organizational resources effectively, ensuring compliance with local regulatory standards and company policies within the Nigerian business landscape.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field; a Master's degree or MBA is strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of executive leadership experience, with at least 5 years serving in a COO or senior operations role within a structured corporate environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, financial management, process optimization, and cross-functional team leadership.
