We are currently expanding our internal team and seeking a dedicated and ambitious Human Resources Officer to drive our people operations forward.
This role is ideal for an early-career HR professional eager to gain comprehensive exposure to various human resource functions within a structured organization. You will play a vital role in shaping our workplace culture, supporting our workforce, and ensuring seamless HR operations.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in end-to-end recruitment, candidate screening, interviewing, onboarding, and comprehensive employee documentation.
- Support payroll processing and benefits administration efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain up-to-date HR records and ensure strict compliance with Nigerian labor laws and company policies.
- Coordinate staff training and professional development initiatives to foster continuous learning.
- Provide reliable day-to-day HR support and advisory to staff and management.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1 to 2 years of proven HR experience gained within a structured corporate organization.
- Solid working knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and contemporary HR best practices.
- Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, written, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in the MS Office Suite and modern HR software tools.
