Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end payroll processing and ensure accurate, timely salary disbursements.
- Implement and oversee effective performance management systems to drive employee productivity.
- Provide strategic HR advisory services and support management on daily operational issues.
- Ensure full compliance with Nigerian labor laws and promote standard HR best practices.
- Facilitate recruitment, onboarding, training, and talent retention strategies tailored to the fashion industry.
- Maintain accurate employee records and manage internal HR communications.
- Proven extensive experience as an HR Generalist, preferably within retail, creative, or fashion sectors in Nigeria.
- Strong working knowledge of payroll administration and modern performance management frameworks.
- Solid understanding of Nigerian labor laws and standard workplace practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proximity to Lekki, Lagos is a significant advantage for this immediate-resumption role.
