About the Role

Khadasha Innovations Africa is a strategic innovation and capacity-building firm empowering organisations across Africa to operate effectively, think creatively, and scale sustainably. We are seeking a proactive Human Resources Manager to support our expanding team by managing recruitment, employee administration, performance management, and general HR operations while maintaining accurate records and promoting a professional workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage recruitment processes across sales, marketing, administrative, operations, and property functions
  • Prepare job descriptions, coordinate advertisements, screen applications, and support candidate selection
  • Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation
  • Coordinate employee onboarding, orientation, and probation-period monitoring
  • Maintain accurate employee files and HR records in compliance with Nigerian regulations
  • Support implementation and review of HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks
  • Coordinate attendance, leave management, and employee documentation
  • Support performance management processes including KPI setting and reviews
  • Handle employee enquiries, grievances, and workplace concerns professionally
  • Coordinate disciplinary processes and Performance Improvement Plans
  • Support employee engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives
  • Assist with payroll inputs, benefits administration, and HMO management
  • Support workforce planning and employee exit processes
  • Prepare periodic HR reports for management review

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
  • Previous HR or people-operations experience required
  • Strong understanding of recruitment and employee administration
  • Knowledge of Nigerian labour and employment practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational abilities and meticulous attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
  • Ability to manage confidential information appropriately
  • CIPM membership or certification is advantageous
  • Experience in real estate, property development, or professional services is preferred
