We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Human Resources Manager to lead our HR function in Nigeria, aligning human capital strategies with our overarching business goals and fostering a high-performance organisational culture.
Key Responsibilities- Lead both strategic and operational aspects of the human resources function to support overall business objectives.
- Partner closely with executive management to drive workforce planning and strategic HR initiatives.
- Oversee end-to-end talent acquisition, recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
- Manage performance management systems and drive organisational effectiveness across all departments.
- Design and implement employee engagement, retention, and wellbeing programs to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Spearhead training, learning, and career development initiatives to bridge competency gaps.
- Develop robust succession planning and leadership development frameworks for key roles.
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations, compliance, and labour laws.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, Sociology, Psychology, or a related discipline.
- Relevant professional HR certifications will be considered a strong added advantage.
- Postgraduate or additional professional qualifications are highly desirable.
- Minimum of 12 to 15 years of progressive HR experience within FMCG, Banking, Insurance, Retail, Manufacturing, or FinTech sectors.
