We are currently looking for a dynamic Human Resources Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership across our human capital functions in Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute the organization's comprehensive HR strategy aligned with business goals.
- Lead end-to-end workforce planning, talent acquisition, and seamless employee onboarding.
- Establish and manage robust performance management frameworks and reward strategies.
- Oversee employee relations, workplace conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures.
- Drive learning and development programmes, talent management, and succession planning.
- Develop and review HR policies, employee handbooks, and ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws.
- Utilize HR analytics and dashboards to advise senior management on strategic people decisions.
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 to 8 years of progressive HR experience, with demonstrated managerial responsibility.
- CIPM professional membership (MCIPM or FCIPM) and a valid HR Practitioners Licence are strongly preferred.
- Additional certifications such as CIPD or SHRM represent a distinct advantage.
