Headquartered along the Abiodun Atiba Road in Oyo State, the firm integrates advanced technical engineering with modern estate agency to support sustainable regional development. We are currently seeking a proactive and results-driven Human Resources Manager to lead our workforce strategies, foster a positive organizational culture, and support our business objectives across various sectors.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement human resources strategies, policies, and initiatives aligned with overall business goals.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Oversee employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution to maintain a motivated workforce.
- Design and coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
- Leverage sales and marketing experience to drive employer branding and attract top-tier talent to the firm.
- Ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws and company regulations in all HR operations.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree (BSc) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in sales and marketing, with an ability to apply these skills to talent acquisition and employer branding.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
