We are currently seeking a proactive and results-driven Operations Manager to join our thriving team in Lagos. In this vital role, you will be responsible for optimizing daily hotel operations, driving service excellence, and ensuring our high standards of hospitality are consistently met across all departments.
Key Responsibilities- Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices to enhance overall organizational performance.
- Oversee all activities and coordinate different teams across each department to foster seamless collaboration and cross-team learning.
- Find innovative ways to increase the quality of customer service and exceed guest expectations.
- Identify potential problems and points of friction, implementing effective solutions to maximize operational efficiency and revenue.
- Enforce strict regulatory and safety standards throughout the resort facility.
- Plan inventory levels and oversee supply chain efficiency to support daily business demands.
- Ensure all operations are carried out in a cost-effective manner while managing budgets and financial forecasting.
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related hospitality field.
- Minimum of one year of proven work experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
- Comprehensive knowledge of organizational effectiveness, budgeting, and hospitality operations management.
- Outstanding organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must currently reside in Lagos or be fully willing to relocate for work.
