We are currently seeking a dedicated Human Resources Manager to lead our HR functions, champion our vibrant workforce, and foster a service-oriented culture that consistently delivers unforgettable guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment, rigorous interviews, seamless onboarding, and thorough employee documentation.
- Maintain confidential personnel records, track attendance, manage leave requests, and prepare accurate payroll inputs.
- Support comprehensive performance reviews, staff development initiatives, and tailored departmental training plans.
- Handle employee enquiries, address grievances, and manage disciplinary processes fairly and consistently.
- Advise department managers on HR policies and ensure strict compliance with Nigerian employment laws and industry regulations.
- Monitor staffing needs, champion employee welfare programs, and generate regular HR reports for executive management.
- Bachelor Degree or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of proven HR experience, including supervisory or management roles; hospitality sector experience is a strong advantage.
- Active certification or membership with CIPM or another relevant professional HR body.
- Strong expertise in employee relations, talent acquisition, HR recordkeeping, and cross-functional communication.
- Exceptional sound judgment, absolute discretion, and the ability to manage highly sensitive and confidential information.
