Key Responsibilities- Source, attract, and recruit qualified candidates for various roles including field officers, loan officers, and corporate staff.
- Develop and manage talent pipelines using LinkedIn, social media, job boards, referrals, and professional networks.
- Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate final assessments with hiring managers.
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, orientation, and integration of newly hired employees.
- Maintain accurate HR documentation, employee records, and compliance with company policies.
- Monitor employee engagement, attendance, and performance to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Prepare regular recruitment reports and track key performance indicators to improve hiring efficiency.
- Bachelor Degree or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 4 to 8 years of proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or generalist HR roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong expertise in digital sourcing, social media recruitment, and candidate assessment.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive under pressure, meet recruitment targets, and handle confidential information with integrity.
- Prior experience in fintech, financial services, or microfinance recruitment is an added advantage.
