About the Role
Class Suites Hotels & Apartments, a prominent modern-style hotel chain with strategic locations across Lagos near the Murtala Muhammed Airport and within Abuja's bustling Jabi metropolis, is looking for a dedicated Human Resources Manager. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping our organizational culture, optimizing talent management, and ensuring seamless HR operations across our various branches including Ikeja, Ogudu, Ogba, and Agege.
Key Responsibilities- Developing, updating, and implementing comprehensive HR policies and procedures aligned with organizational goals.
- Creating and executing strategic HR plans to support business growth in the hospitality sector.
- Administering competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top industry talent.
- Acting as a trusted liaison between upper management and hotel staff to foster positive workplace relations.
- Supporting and streamlining the employee performance review process.
- Resolving workplace conflicts effectively and maintaining a harmonious working environment.
- Ensuring full compliance with local, state, and federal Nigerian employment laws and regulations.
- Forecasting future staffing needs and partnering with hiring managers for recruitment.
- Possession of a Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of proven professional experience in a generalist HR role, preferably within the hospitality or service industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and statutory compliance requirements.
- Exceptional interpersonal, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
