About the Role
Sayed Farms Limited, a prominent player in the Nigerian poultry and frozen food distribution sector established in 2004, is seeking a dynamic Senior Talent Acquisition Officer. In this role, you will lead our recruitment strategies, attract top-tier talent, and support our dynamic workforce requirements across our Nigerian branches in Ibadan and Abuja.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment, from manpower requisition and job advertising to sourcing, screening, selection, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and departmental heads to understand workforce needs and recruitment priorities.
- Develop effective sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job portals, professional networks, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for technical, managerial, operational, and critical positions.
- Conduct preliminary interviews, assess candidates' competencies, and coordinate subsequent interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage candidate communication, interview scheduling, offer processes, and comprehensive recruitment documentation.
- Maintain an updated recruitment database and prepare accurate reports on vacancies, time-to-fill, and recruitment performance.
- Enhance employer branding and candidate experience while recommending continuous improvements to recruitment processes.
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of six (6) years of relevant experience in talent acquisition and recruitment across diverse job functions.
- Prior experience in FMCG, poultry, agribusiness, or the manufacturing industry is a distinct advantage.
- Strong knowledge of modern recruitment strategies, candidate sourcing, competency-based interviewing, and onboarding best practices.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn recruitment tools, Microsoft Office suite, and applicant tracking systems or recruitment databases.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
