About the Role
Ascentech Services Limited is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Human Resources Manager to join a vibrant hospitality team in Nigeria. In this role, you will play a vital part in shaping workplace culture, optimizing talent management, and ensuring seamless HR operations across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and comprehensive employee documentation processes.
- Oversee daily attendance, leave management, employee relations, and disciplinary procedures.
- Implement, review, and maintain robust company HR policies and standard operating procedures.
- Drive performance management cycles and support targeted employee development initiatives.
- Maintain accurate, confidential employee records and generate insightful HR reports for leadership.
- Provide expert HR guidance, coaching, and advisory support to management and department staff.
- Champion employee engagement programs and participate actively in strategic workforce planning.
- Ensure smooth, compliant, and effective day-to-day human resources operations.
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
- Demonstrated professional experience within the hospitality industry is highly advantageous.
- Strong working knowledge of Nigerian labor laws, HR best practices, and employee relations.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
