About the Role
Garki Hospital Abuja, a premier 100-bed public-private partnership healthcare institution managed by Nisa Premier Hospital under the FCTA, is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Human Resources Manager. In this pivotal middle-level role, you will oversee day-to-day HR operations, champion employee engagement, and drive strategic workforce initiatives to support our expanding medical and administrative teams in Abuja.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and seamless onboarding of new medical and support staff.
- Oversee employee relations, resolve workplace conflicts swiftly, and foster a positive, collaborative organizational culture.
- Implement comprehensive performance management frameworks to evaluate employee productivity and professional growth.
- Conduct job planning, workforce structuring, and manpower budgeting aligned with institutional goals.
- Maintain accurate HR administration records and ensure strict adherence to Nigerian labour laws and internal policies.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
- 5 to 10 years of proven hands-on human resources management experience, preferably within the healthcare or corporate sector in Nigeria.
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour regulations, employment laws, and modern HR best practices.
- Exceptional verbal, written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and modern HR software tools with high integrity and discretion.
