Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end recruitment, talent acquisition, and selection processes.
- Coordinate seamless onboarding, orientation, and employee documentation.
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and workforce analytics.
- Support performance management systems and employee appraisal cycles.
- Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance on company policies.
- Coordinate learning, development, and capacity-building initiatives.
- Ensure strict compliance with Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Assist with compensation, benefits administration, and grievance procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional HR certification (such as CIPM, SHRM, or HRCI) is mandatory.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant HR experience within a structured organization.
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and modern people management practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and modern HR software systems.
