Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with Resurgir Consulting business goals and people-first culture.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment, talent acquisition, and onboarding processes for internal teams and select client projects.
- Manage performance management systems, employee relations, and professional development programs.
- Ensure full compliance with Nigerian labour laws and maintain up-to-date HR policies and procedures.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance workplace environment that drives employee engagement and retention.
- Handle compensation and benefits administration, payroll coordination, and HR reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven professional experience as an HR Manager or in a similar strategic human resources role within Nigeria.
- In-depth knowledge of Nigerian labour laws, statutory compliance, and modern HR best practices.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle confidential information with utmost integrity.
- Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, or CIPD) will be a strong added advantage.
