Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection lifecycle, from job posting to seamless onboarding and orientation.
  • Administer performance management systems and coordinate employee appraisal processes to drive professional growth.
  • Provide expert guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary or grievance procedures.
  • Ensure strict compliance with Nigerian labor laws, company policies, and evolving HR best practices.
  • Coordinate impactful learning and development initiatives to upskill our healthcare and administrative workforce.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and generate comprehensive workforce analytics and reports.
  • Support compensation, benefits administration, and various internal HR project initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Mandatory professional HR certification such as CIPM, SHRM, or HRCI.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience within a structured organizational setting.
  • Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, and Nigerian labor law compliance.
  • Exceptional communication, emotional intelligence, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and modern HRIS software tools.
