Key Responsibilities- Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection lifecycle, from job posting to seamless onboarding and orientation.
- Administer performance management systems and coordinate employee appraisal processes to drive professional growth.
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary or grievance procedures.
- Ensure strict compliance with Nigerian labor laws, company policies, and evolving HR best practices.
- Coordinate impactful learning and development initiatives to upskill our healthcare and administrative workforce.
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and generate comprehensive workforce analytics and reports.
- Support compensation, benefits administration, and various internal HR project initiatives.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Mandatory professional HR certification such as CIPM, SHRM, or HRCI.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience within a structured organizational setting.
- Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, and Nigerian labor law compliance.
- Exceptional communication, emotional intelligence, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and modern HRIS software tools.
