About the Role

In this pivotal role, you will lead our HR department, drive talent acquisition strategies, and foster a high-performance workplace culture aligned with our strategic financial goals.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive human resources strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business objectives.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes to attract and retain top-tier industry professionals.
- Ensure strict compliance with Nigerian labour laws, regulatory standards, and internal company policies.
- Manage performance appraisal systems, employee relations, disciplinary procedures, and grievance handling.
- Design and implement competitive compensation, benefits, and staff welfare programs.
- Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs to enhance workforce productivity.
- Maintain accurate personnel records and generate insightful HR analytics and reports for executive management.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Professional HR certification such as CIPM, SHRM, or HRCI is a distinct advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven professional HR experience, preferably within the financial services or fintech sector.
- Comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and modern HR best practices.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
