Key Responsibilities- Direct end-to-end talent acquisition strategies to attract, hire, and retain top-tier professionals who align with our corporate values.
- Lead subsidiary-level organizational design, talent reviews, and executive decision-making processes in alignment with global standards.
- Design competitive compensation and benefits frameworks, conducting regular market benchmarking to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
- Champion a high-performance culture by overseeing the complete performance management lifecycle, from goal setting to annual capability evaluations.
- Spearhead impactful change management initiatives, employee engagement programs, and continuous feedback mechanisms.
- Provide executive oversight for employee relations, HR governance, and administrative operations while ensuring strict compliance with local labor laws.
- Minimum of 15 years of progressive HR experience, with a proven track record in senior leadership or management roles.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint, for robust HR data analysis and executive presentations.
