The Moment of Truth Talent Series is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Executive to manage our core people operations and talent acquisition. Our dynamic business reality show empowers underrepresented entrepreneurs, disabled innovators, and student founders, aiming to reduce unemployment in Nigeria and the UK. In this role, you will champion our people-first culture, streamline HR processes, and support team members across their entire employment lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities- Draft job descriptions, manage end-to-end recruitment pipelines, and facilitate seamless onboarding programs for new hires.
- Act as a trusted point of contact for staff inquiries, conflict resolution, and employee relations.
- Coordinate performance appraisal cycles, manage KPIs, and identify staff training and development needs.
- Maintain accurate employee records and liaise with finance to ensure timely payroll processing and statutory deductions including PAYE, Pension, and NHF.
- Ensure organization-wide compliance with Nigerian Labour Law and workplace regulations.
- 2 to 4 years of generalist HR experience within a fast-paced Nigerian startup, small business, or professional services firm.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Associate membership with CIPM or HRCI is a strong advantage.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Nigerian Labour Law, statutory deductions, and compliance standards.
- Monthly base pay of NGN 240,000 gross.
- Monthly communication and data allowance of NGN 15,000 for virtual interviews and coordination.
