We are currently recruiting a dynamic and seasoned Human Resources Business Partner on behalf of our esteemed client in the manufacturing sector located in Ajaokuta, Kogi State. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic advisor to management, aligning human resources strategies with business objectives to foster a high-performance work culture.
Key Responsibilities- Design, implement, and maintain a robust HR Quality Management System and comprehensive HR policies.
- Conduct thorough HR risk analysis and manage performance measurement metrics systems.
- Oversee HR project management initiatives, payroll administration, and generalist operations.
- Develop and execute effective Performance Management Systems to boost productivity.
- Provide expert guidance on labor laws, employee relations, and best practices across the organization.
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive HRBP experience, specifically within the manufacturing industry.
- Active CIPM membership is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership, analytical, and Management Information Systems (MIS) skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with proven conflict-resolution abilities.
