About the Role

Sundry Foods Limited is a leading food services company in Nigeria, operating over 100 branches of popular quick-service restaurant brands including Kilimanjaro Restaurants, Pizza Jungle, and Nibbles Bakery. Since 2004, we have been dedicated to making great-tasting, healthy food accessible. We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Human Resources Administrator to join our growing team and implement HR management best practices within assigned business divisions and regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for receiving and resolving all people-related enquiries and complaints within the assigned region.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to maintain optimal staffing levels.
  • Partner closely with business unit managers to build leadership capabilities and ensure strict compliance with company HR policies.
  • Facilitate regular refresher training sessions and oversee on-the-job training to maintain consistency in employee skills and professional attitude.
  • Coordinate staff engagement programs and meetings to identify workplace issues, propose pragmatic solutions, and report outcomes effectively.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of a Second Class Lower division from a recognized institution.
  • At least 4 years of proven professional experience in Human Resources management functions within a fast-paced work environment.
  • Prior experience in recruitment and training is strongly preferred.
  • Professional HR certification such as CIPM or CIPD will be an added advantage.
  • Possesses a strong process-driven mindset with the ability to successfully re-engineer operational processes.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) alongside excellent verbal, written communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
