About the Role

Sundry Foods Limited, one of Nigeria's leading and fastest-growing food services companies operating renowned brands like Kilimanjaro Restaurants and Pizza Jungle, is seeking a talented and driven Human Resources Administrator. In this role, you will be instrumental in implementing HR management best practices, driving employee engagement, and supporting our continuous nationwide expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving all people-related inquiries and grievances within the assigned business division or region.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to maintain optimal staffing levels.
  • Partner with business unit managers to enhance leadership capabilities, ensure policy compliance, and resolve operational challenges.
  • Facilitate regular refresher training and oversee on-the-job training programs to uphold consistent service standards and employee morale.
  • Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and staff meetings to proactively identify workplace issues and implement effective solutions.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of a Second Class Lower division from a recognized institution.
  • At least 4 years of hands-on human resources management experience within a fast-paced work environment, preferably in retail, QSR, or hospitality.
  • Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition and employee training.
  • Professional HR certification such as CIPM or CIPD is a strong added advantage.
  • Possession of a process-driven mindset with the ability to critically evaluate and re-engineer workflows.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) alongside exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
