About the Role
Assist to Hire Limited is seeking a strategic and commercially astute HR Business Partner (HRBP) with extensive Oil & Gas industry experience. In this pivotal role, you will partner with senior leadership to drive organizational restructuring, workforce planning, and change management initiatives, aligning our human resources strategies with overarching business goals.
Key Responsibilities- Lead organizational restructuring, job architecture, and workforce transformation initiatives to boost operational efficiency.
- Partner with leadership to translate business priorities into effective talent and people strategies.
- Develop workforce plans tailored to Oil & Gas operational cycles, technical staffing, and contractor management.
- Design robust performance management frameworks, KPIs, and succession planning models.
- Manage complex employee relations, industrial relations, and compliance with Nigerian labour laws and industry regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6 to 8 years of progressive HR experience, with mandatory background in the Oil & Gas industry.
- Demonstrated hands-on expertise in organizational design, restructuring, and workforce optimization.
- Thorough understanding of Nigerian labour legislation, industrial relations, and regulatory compliance.
- Professional certifications such as CIPM, SHRM, or CIPD are a strong advantage.
