About the Role
PoweredUp Consulting is a fully indigenous organization that focuses on organizational enrichment through Human Resources and Coaching. We are currently looking for a strategic and dynamic Human Resources & Administration Manager to oversee our company’s HR and administration functions, ensuring policies and guidelines are effectively implemented in line with our broader corporate strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end recruitment and ensure timely staffing based on business needs.
- Oversee personnel selection, assessing professional qualifications, motivation, and financial suitability.
- Develop and monitor personnel placement plans and performance evaluation systems.
- Promote employee motivation, high-potential development initiatives, and continuous training.
- Forecast, monitor, and report labour costs, staff budgets, remuneration practices, and payroll administration.
- Ensure full compliance with employment-related regulations, immigration laws, and NCDMB requirements.
- Manage employee travel, personnel deployment, employment contracts, and collective agreements.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with unions, workers' representatives, and resolve labour disputes.
- Support and enforce HSSE policies, maintain a safe working environment, and monitor safety training.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with a postgraduate qualification in Human Resources.
- Active registration and membership with a relevant professional HR body.
- Minimum of 10 years of overall experience in HR Management, with at least 5 years as an HR Manager in multicultural and international environments.
- Solid understanding of economic, financial matters, contracts, industrial relations, and labour discipline.
- Exceptional fluency in written and spoken English with strong leadership capabilities.
