About the Role
IEIS Education Group Limited, incorporated in January 1999, has successfully assisted thousands of international students in gaining foreign qualifications through cost-effective career counselling and expert study-abroad advice. We are currently looking for a dynamic and professional Human Resource Officer to join our growing team in Nigeria. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving our internal talent strategies, ensuring smooth daily HR operations, and fostering a productive, engaged, and compliant workplace culture that aligns with our organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate employee records and manage personnel documentation in compliance with local labor laws.
- Administer employee benefits, payroll inputs, and leave tracking systems effectively.
- Coordinate staff training, professional development programs, and performance management evaluations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations, addressing queries and resolving workplace issues proactively.
- Assist in the formulation and implementation of company HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
- Support management in organizing team-building activities and fostering a positive, inclusive organizational culture.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years of proven experience in an HR or administrative role.
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and modern HR best practices.
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management software systems.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and organizational skills with great attention to detail.
