Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes to attract top-tier hospitality talent.
- Coordinate monthly payroll administration, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain comprehensive employee records and manage all employment documentation in compliance with Nigerian labor laws.
- Foster a positive work culture, handle employee relations, and resolve workplace conflicts effectively.
- Implement HR policies and support professional development initiatives across the restaurant.
- Minimum of a BSc or HND in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related fields.
- 2 to 4 years of proven professional experience in HR or administrative roles, preferably within the hospitality or service industry.
- Relevant professional HR certification is an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and modern HR practices.
