We are currently looking for a dynamic Human Resource Manager to join our growing team in Nigeria and drive our human capital strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Process monthly payroll accurately and ensure timely statutory remittances including NSITF, ITF, and PenCom contributions.
- Manage the HRIS platform to ensure data integrity, optimal adoption, and reliable periodic reporting.
- Drive recruitment processes, onboarding, and the annual performance management cycle from goal setting to appraisals.
- Develop, implement, and interpret labor relations policies, ensuring strict compliance with local labor laws.
- Maintain comprehensive employee documentation, personnel files, and confidential HR records.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field; a Master's degree is an advantage.
- Active professional membership with CIPM, CIPD, or HRCI.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR generalist experience spanning payroll, compliance, and talent management.
- Demonstrated expertise in HRIS, Nigerian labor laws, and advanced HR analytics.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
