Key Responsibilities- Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes for teaching and non-teaching staff.
- Develop and implement robust HR policies and procedures aligned with the academy's British curriculum standards and Nigerian labor laws.
- Provide strategic guidance to school leadership on staff performance management, professional development, and employee relations.
- Manage staff welfare, attendance, payroll administration, and personnel records efficiently.
- Promote a positive, collaborative, and safe working environment that aligns with our boarding school culture of excellence.
- Handle disciplinary matters, grievances, and conflict resolution with utmost professionalism and confidentiality.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related field; a relevant master's degree or professional certification (CIPMN, SHRM, CIPD) is an added advantage.
- Proven professional experience as an HR Manager or in a similar senior HR role, preferably within the education sector.
- Demonstrated passion for education, holistic student development, and a strong commitment to boarding school culture.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse talent.
- In-depth knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and modern HR best practices.
