About the Role
Taghini Foods, a premier traditional poultry processing company based in Ibadan, is seeking a dynamic Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) / Talent Acquisition and Management Officer. In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to our leadership team, aligning human resources initiatives with our organizational goals to support rapid business growth and operational excellence in the agriculture and food processing sector.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition strategies specifically tailored for poultry farming and cold-chain business operations.
- Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, and restructuring initiatives.
- Manage employee relations, championing a positive workplace culture and resolving conflicts effectively.
- Oversee performance management processes to drive accountability and high performance across all departments.
- Ensure full compliance with Nigerian labor laws, industry regulations, and internal HR best practices.
- Design and implement training, development, and retention programs to reduce turnover and enhance staff productivity.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional HR certification such as CIPM or SHRM is a strong added advantage.
- 3 to 6 years of progressive HR experience, with a mandatory minimum of 2 years focused on talent acquisition within a poultry farming or cold-chain business environment.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and modern HR best practices.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and relationship-building abilities across all organizational levels.
