We are currently looking for a strategic Human Resource Business Partner to join our dynamic team and help drive excellence across our client portfolio in Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with business leadership to align HR strategies with overarching organizational goals and drive effective workforce planning.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment, comprehensive onboarding programs, and continuous learning initiatives to build future-ready teams.
- Champion employee engagement programs, mediate conflict resolution, and oversee robust performance management systems.
- Ensure strict compliance with Nigerian labor laws, workplace safety regulations, and employee wellness standards.
- Design competitive compensation and benefits structures aimed at attracting and retaining top-tier talent.
- Guide performance appraisals and structured improvement plans to cultivate high-performing workplace cultures.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven professional experience in HR management and strategic business partnering.
- In-depth knowledge of statutory payments, Nigerian labor laws, and union relations.
- Exceptional leadership abilities with a track record of inspiring teams and driving measurable results.
- Relevant professional HR certifications such as CIPM, SHRM, or CIPD will be considered a strong advantage.
