We are seeking a visionary Group HR Manager to provide strategic leadership for our human resources function by developing and implementing people strategies, policies, and practices that support business growth and a high-performance culture across all Group companies.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a Group-wide HR strategy aligned with overall business objectives and growth plans across all subsidiaries.
- Lead workforce planning, organizational design, restructuring, and succession planning to support business expansion.
- Oversee talent acquisition, employer branding, and comprehensive onboarding processes for critical positions.
- Design and manage a robust Group-wide performance management framework that promotes meritocracy and accountability.
- Develop competitive compensation, benefits structures, salary benchmarking, and employee recognition programs.
- Establish learning and development strategies, leadership programs, and professional training initiatives.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, grievance procedures, and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Ensure strict compliance with Nigerian employment laws, regulatory requirements, and internal governance standards.
- Lead the deployment of HRIS and leverage people analytics to drive data-backed management decisions.
- Coach and mentor the HR team to deliver responsive, commercially focused support to business leaders.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Management, Psychology, or a related discipline.
- A Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or Management is a strong advantage.
- Active professional membership/certification with CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or an equivalent recognized body.
- 8 to 12 years of progressive HR experience, with significant tenure in a strategic leadership or managerial role.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing multi-unit or multi-location human resources operations.
- In-depth knowledge of Nigerian employment legislation, compensation structuring, and modern HR governance.
- Strong proficiency in HR analytics, reporting systems, and HRIS implementation.
