About the Role
Vestates Limited, a premier real estate and property management firm established in 2013, is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager for a maternity cover role based in Abuja. In this pivotal position, you will drive our human resources operations, ensuring our highly skilled team is supported through seamless HR processes, efficient payroll management, and proactive employee relations. Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, performance management, and employee lifecycle administration.
- Oversee accurate and timely monthly payroll processing and statutory deductions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations, conflict resolution, and staff welfare.
- Implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with Nigerian labour laws and company objectives.
- Coordinate recruitment activities, screening, and interviewing to support team growth.
- Maintain confidential personnel records and generate periodic HR reports for management.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience as an HR Generalist, preferably within the real estate or service sector.
- In-depth knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices.
- Demonstrated expertise in payroll management and HR operations.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities and high attention to detail.
