We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Human Resource / Admin Manager to drive our people operations and administrative functions. In this vital leadership role, you will champion our organizational culture, optimize talent management processes, and serve as a trusted advisor to our executive team.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a group-wide HR strategy aligned with business objectives and long-term growth plans.
- Oversee talent acquisition, performance management, succession planning, and leadership development across all entities.
- Design and manage compensation, rewards, and employee engagement frameworks to attract and retain top talent.
- Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws, HR policies, and governance standards while promoting a strong organizational culture.
- Serve as strategic counsel to the executive team on all people-related matters, linking HR initiatives to business performance.
- Analyze HR metrics and workforce analytics to provide data-driven insights for strategic decision-making.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 10 to 15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role.
- Comprehensive knowledge of HR operations, administration, and Nigerian labour laws.
- Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving FMCG or personal care environment.
