We are currently looking for a dynamic and results-driven Human Capital Consultant to join our growing advisory team in Nigeria. In this client-facing role, you will support the design, delivery, and implementation of innovative human capital and organizational development solutions across multiple sectors.
Key Responsibilities- Support the design, execution, and coordination of comprehensive human capital consulting projects ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
- Conduct rigorous organizational assessments, workforce diagnostics, benchmarking, and industry research to inform client recommendations.
- Assist in developing strategic solutions spanning talent management, performance management, organizational design, employee engagement, and workforce planning.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, supporting client engagements, interactive workshops, and solution presentations.
- Contribute actively to business development initiatives, including proposal development, bid preparation, and identifying cross-selling opportunities.
- Analyze complex workforce and business data to generate actionable insights, translating findings into compelling management and board-level reports.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related discipline.
- 4 to 6 years of proven professional experience in HR Consulting, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Talent Management, or Business Advisory.
- Professional certifications such as CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or CIPD will be a distinct advantage.
- Demonstrated experience supporting client-facing projects, stakeholder engagements, and executive report writing.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis, business research, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Competitive annual gross salary ranging from N10,800,000 to N12,000,000.
