About the Role
Jaza Energy is a pioneering last-mile energy company building solar charging stations and renting batteries in off-grid communities. We are looking for an entrepreneurial and results-driven Hub Manager to oversee the launch of new hubs, drive customer acquisition, and ensure profitability in Aramoko-Ado Ekiti, Nigeria. In this role, you will lead a local team of Jaza Stars, champion clean energy access, and empower women through employment opportunities while managing day-to-day hub operations.
Key Responsibilities- Drive customer acquisition initiatives through door-to-door sales to achieve and exceed active customer targets.
- Manage customer retention, membership renewals, and revenue growth by transitioning users to subscription models.
- Oversee hub profitability, revenue balancing, and maintain 100% compliance with inventory metrics.
- Recruit, train, coach, and mentor Jaza Stars on sales pitches, customer service excellence, and inventory management.
- Enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) and champion Jaza behaviors to ensure reliable service delivery.
- Collaborate with regional coordinators to report progress, flag operational dilemmas, and execute actionable growth plans.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Sales, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in sales, customer relations, entrepreneurship, or a similar field.
- Strong leadership capabilities with a demonstrated history of recruiting, training, and managing high-performing teams.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to make analytical decisions to boost business growth.
