About the Role
GoMed is a leading online marketplace dedicated to providing safe and accessible health products and services across African communities. We are currently looking for a results-driven and proactive Hub Manager to spearhead our operations in Abuja. In this critical on-site role, you will act as the primary point of contact for our city operations, blending exceptional relationship management with meticulous operational oversight to ensure our customers receive top-tier healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities- Onboard, engage, and maintain robust working relationships with community pharmacies across Abuja to expand our network.
- Oversee the end-to-end order fulfilment process, guaranteeing timely, accurate, and seamless delivery of health products to customers.
- Enforce strict quality assurance protocols to ensure all partner pharmacies consistently adhere to GoMed service standards and product authenticity guidelines.
- Gather and report local market intelligence, identifying emerging trends and strategic growth opportunities within the region.
- Serve as the first line of support for resolving local logistics issues and partner pharmacy inquiries swiftly and effectively.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional work experience in operations, relationship management, or a related field.
- Possession of a Bachelor’s Degree or HND from a recognized institution.
- Strong proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and comfortable navigating mobile applications.
- Must currently reside in Abuja with an in-depth understanding of the city's geography and local logistics landscape.
- Previous knowledge or background in medical or pharmaceutical practices will be considered a strong added advantage.
