About the Role
Dreampod Place offers a conducive, community-driven co-workspace and vibrant on-site café designed to enhance productivity for freelancers, remote workers, entrepreneurs, and creative professionals. We are looking for an energetic and relationship-driven Hub Executive to manage daily operations, foster a collaborative community, and deliver exceptional experiences for our members and visitors.
Key Responsibilities- Receive visitors, manage walk-in inquiries, and conduct engaging facility tours showcasing our co-working spaces and amenities.
- Onboard new co-working members smoothly, ensuring they understand all facility offerings and community guidelines.
- Manage the entire conversion pipeline by following up on leads and inquiries through to successful sign-up and payment.
- Track membership renewals proactively and implement retention strategies to keep our community thriving.
- Support the planning and execution of community-building activities, including book clubs, breakfast clubs, networking mixers, and entrepreneurs' hangouts.
- Assist individuals, teams, and startup companies with hosting small events, physical meet-ups, and product demonstrations within the facility.
- Minimum of a Ordinary National Diploma (OND) or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Proven experience in customer service, community management, hospitality, or sales administration.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills with a warm, welcoming personality.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple inquiries, tasks, and events simultaneously.
