We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled HTS Personnel to join our dynamic Laboratories department. Key ResponsibilitiesAs an HTS Personnel within our state-of-the-art laboratory facilities, you will be responsible for performing accurate diagnostic tests, maintaining laboratory equipment, and adhering strictly to safety and quality control protocols. Your daily duties will include:
- Conducting specialized laboratory investigations and procedures efficiently and accurately.
- Ensuring proper handling, processing, and documentation of patient specimens.
- Collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to support patient diagnosis and treatment plans.
- Maintaining up-to-date records and complying with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
- Participating in ongoing medical research, training, and departmental quality improvement initiatives.
To be considered for this position at GOUNITH, applicants must meet the following academic, professional, and general requirements:
- Possess relevant academic and professional qualifications in Medical Laboratory Science or a related field.
- Be duly registered with the appropriate professional regulatory body in Nigeria.
- Possess a current and valid practicing license where required for the role.
- Demonstrate relevant post-qualification experience and exceptional professional competence in a clinical laboratory setting.
- Exhibit high levels of integrity, excellent interpersonal skills, and strong ICT compliance.
