We are currently looking for a dedicated and proactive HSE Officer to join our dynamic team and uphold our world-class standards in safety, quality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits of the shopfloor, equipment, and processes to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
  • Ensure full compliance with local and international HSE standards, particularly ISO 45001, as well as company policies.
  • Supervise risk assessments for all production operations, including welding, cutting, lifting, and material handling.
  • Lead thorough investigations into accidents, near misses, and hazardous occurrences to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions.
  • Organize and deliver impactful HSE training programs, toolbox talks, and emergency response drills for employees and contractors.
  • Ensure the availability, proper usage, and maintenance of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) across all operational areas.
  • Compile and submit regular safety performance reports to management while fostering a proactive safety culture.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or HND in Engineering or a related technical field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant HSE experience in a manufacturing, engineering, or industrial environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of ISO 45001:2018 standards with certification as an internal auditor.
  • Demonstrated expertise in risk assessment, incident investigation, and safety compliance.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
