Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and monitor comprehensive HSE policies, procedures, and site safety plans across all ongoing projects.
  • Conduct daily site inspections, engaging toolbox talks, and thorough safety inductions for all personnel.
  • Investigate all incidents and near misses promptly, preparing detailed and timely reports with corrective actions.
  • Ensure strict compliance with client expectations, regulatory bodies, and industry-standard HSE guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate HSE records, manage permits-to-work systems, and facilitate effective risk assessments.

Qualifications
  • BSc or HND in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven HSE experience within the oil and gas or construction industry.
  • Professional certification such as ISPON is strictly required.
  • Strong working knowledge of national and international HSE regulations and incident investigation methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills to drive a proactive safety culture.
