We are currently looking for a talented HR Support professional to join our network on a flexible, fully remote, and project-based basis.
Key Responsibilities- Provide reliable HR support and consultancy services to diverse SME clients across Nigeria.
- Handle assigned HR projects covering various functions such as talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
- Draft, review, and update HR policies, employment contracts, and employee handbooks in compliance with Nigerian labor laws.
- Assist clients with onboarding processes, personnel record management, and HR administration.
- Deliver professional, dependable, and responsive solutions tailored to each client's unique business needs.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with utmost professionalism.
- Proven practical experience in Human Resources, HR consulting, or a related field.
- Strong working knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and core HR functions.
- Excellent written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency in digital workplace tools, cloud collaboration platforms, and virtual communication software.
