About the Role
Zoom Exclusive Dental Care is Nigeria's fastest-growing dental clinic, with state-of-the-art locations in Abuja, Lagos, and Port Harcourt. We are currently seeking a proactive and experienced Facility Manager to ensure our clinical environments maintain the highest standards of safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal. In this vital role, you will oversee day-to-day facility operations, ensuring our healthcare professionals can deliver exceptional patient care in optimal environments.
Key Responsibilities- Manage overall facility and maintenance operations across designated clinic branches.
- Supervise, coordinate, and evaluate vendor and contractor performance for timely repairs and servicing.
- Implement and monitor comprehensive security and safety protocols in compliance with healthcare standards.
- Directly supervise support and maintenance staff, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
- Conduct routine facility inspections to proactively identify and resolve maintenance issues.
- Maintain detailed records of facility expenditures, vendor contracts, and maintenance schedules.
- Relevant degree or qualification in Facility Management, Estate Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience as a Facility Officer or Manager within a healthcare organization, preferably a dental or medical facility.
- Demonstrated expertise in vendor management, safety protocols, and general maintenance.
- Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
