We are currently seeking an experienced HR Specialist – HRBP to join our dynamic Human Resources team and support strategic workforce decisions through advanced analytics and systems expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and analyze comprehensive HR reports covering headcount, employee movements, vacancies, turnover, performance, training, and employee relations metrics.
  • Develop and maintain interactive HR dashboards and management reports using advanced Excel and corporate reporting tools.
  • Support SAP SuccessFactors reporting, workflow monitoring, data updates, and rigorous data quality management.
  • Assist with strategic workforce planning, vacancy tracking, organizational structuring, and detailed manpower reporting.
  • Provide analytical support for talent reviews, succession planning cycles, and performance management processes.
  • Maintain HR compliance trackers, audit documentation, and action logs while ensuring strict data integrity and confidentiality.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Relevant professional certifications such as CIPM, CIPD, SHRM, SAP SuccessFactors, or Data Analytics are highly desirable.
  • 7 to 10 years of professional experience in HR Operations, HRIS Management, or HR Analytics and Reporting.
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors and exposure to SAP HCM modules.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data visualization, and modern HR reporting tools.
  • Proven background in large corporate, manufacturing, or multi-location environments.
