About the Role
Transport Services Limited (TSL), a leading fully integrated logistics and distribution company operating across Nigeria, is looking for a dynamic and professional HR Service Advisor to join our growing shared services team. In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering efficient human resources and administrative support, managing our HR Help Desk, and facilitating seamless HR operations across the employee lifecycle for our diverse workforce in the oil and gas, FMCG, and agricultural sectors.
Key Responsibilities- Execute HR transactional duties across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding via Themis HR, contract renewals, and managing salary and leave adjustments.
- Maintain absolute accuracy and integrity of employee data within PeopleEdge and other internal information management systems.
- Manage daily HR queries from internal and external stakeholders, providing timely operational advice on recruitment, appointments, conditions of employment, and separations.
- Provide robust administrative support to the Recruitment Team, including preparing reports, coordinating training sessions, and assisting with senior executive appointments.
- Manage the HR Help Desk efficiently, demonstrating a strong commitment to internal client satisfaction and continuous process improvement.
- A good university degree in the Social Sciences or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant postgraduate human resources experience.
- Mandatory active membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM).
- Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with strong commercial awareness.
- Proficient in IT and numerical skills with excellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities.
