We are seeking a strategic and experienced Human Resources Lead to drive our people operations, strengthen organizational culture, and support our continuous growth in Lagos, Nigeria. In this pivotal role, you will partner with senior leadership to optimize workforce performance, champion employee engagement, and ensure alignment with best-in-class HR practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR, workforce, and talent strategies aligned with organizational growth objectives.
  • Advise senior leadership on organizational structure, workforce planning, succession management, and risk mitigation.
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment strategies, talent pipelines, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Manage performance management frameworks, talent reviews, and structured employee development programs.
  • Handle complex employee relations, disciplinary procedures, grievances, and Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).
  • Drive employee engagement, cultural initiatives, and change management programs across the organization.
  • Ensure full compliance with Nigerian labour laws, maintaining updated HR policies, contracts, and audit-ready records.
  • Utilize HR systems and workforce analytics to deliver actionable insights that support executive decision-making.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a strategic or leadership capacity.
  • Demonstrated expertise in workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, and HR strategy.
  • Thorough understanding of Nigerian labour laws, compliance, and employee relations best practices.
  • Professional certifications such as CIPM, CIPD, or SHRM-SCP are strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and conflict-resolution skills.
