About the Role

Driven by a strong sense of values and a commitment to diversity and societal impact, we are looking for a dedicated HR Senior Specialist to support our appliance trading group across retail outlets and warehouses.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the core HR backbone, independently owning the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit and optimizing standard operating procedures across retail outlets and warehouses without requiring managerial oversight.
- Act as the local expert on the Nigerian Labor Act by conducting internal audits, managing personnel files, pre-auditing payroll, and autonomously resolving labor disputes to ensure 100% operational compliance.
- Leverage HRIS platforms and advanced Excel to analyze labor costs and provide actionable insights for strategic management decisions.
- Manage full-spectrum HR execution, encompassing end-to-end recruitment, targeted employee training, and comprehensive performance management systems linked to KPIs.
- Act as a vital communication bridge between Chinese expatriate staff and local Nigerian employees by facilitating basic professional conversations in Chinese.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of professional HR experience specifically within the Nigerian industrial or retail sector.
- Proven ability to work autonomously and effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure, and cross-cultural environment.
- Proficiency in conducting basic conversations in Chinese to support internal team integration and alignment.
- Strong mastery of HRIS software and advanced Microsoft Excel for data-driven operations.
