Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, review, and continuously improve HR processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures.
  • Ensure efficient implementation of human resources policies, procedures, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Support end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle management, and general HR operations.
  • Maintain accurate, confidential employee records and comprehensive HR documentation.
  • Identify operational gaps and recommend practical, innovative process improvements.
  • Support HRIS administration, data management, and the generation of periodic HR analytics.
  • Monitor organizational compliance with internal policies and applicable Nigerian labour regulations.
  • Prepare detailed HR reports and provide actionable insights to management.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
  • 2 to 3 years of relevant professional HR experience, preferably within a structured organization or educational institution.
  • Professional HR certification such as CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or CIPD is a distinct advantage.
  • Strong working knowledge of HR processes, employment practices, and Nigerian labour laws.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and modern HR Information Systems (HRIS).
  • Must reside in Abuja or be ready to resume work within the Federal Capital Territory.
