About the Role

We are currently looking for a driven and experienced HR Personnel to join our vibrant team in Lagos and support our internal workforce strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end recruitment, talent acquisition, and seamless onboarding processes for new agency hires.
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and ensure compliance with internal standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Support performance management cycles, employee relations, and workplace conflict resolution.
- Coordinate staff welfare, attendance tracking, leave management, and assist with payroll administration.
- Drive internal communication and support general HR operations within a fast-paced startup environment.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience working in a Human Resources role, preferably within a creative agency environment.
- A solid understanding of recruitment, talent management, and Nigerian labor practices.
- Must reside in Lagos and be available for in-person monthly meetings, team bonding events, and agency shoots.
- Strong knowledge of social media marketing is considered a distinct and essential advantage.
- Possession of a CIPM certification or relevant professional HR qualifications.
